Fire Sleeve – High Temperature and Fire Prevention

Our fire sleeves are constructed from silicone-coated glass fiber, flame-retardant nylon, and other high-performance materials, with a range of color options including red, black, and blue. Designed for reliability, our products boast exceptional fire resistance, flexibility, and wear resistance – key properties that make them ideal for protecting pipes, hoses, cables, and similar components against high temperatures, abrasion, and direct flame exposure. Even under extreme operating conditions, they maintain consistent long-term performance.

Fire sleeve with velcro

Constructed from a high-bulk glass fiber braided sleeve, it is heavily coated with iron oxide red silicone rubber. Internally equipped with a fire-resistant and flame-retardant hook-and-loop system for easy installation and removal, it can be installed directly on hoses, cables, or pipelines without shutting down the equipment.

  • Inner diameter: 10–115 mm
  • Color: Typically in iron oxide red and black, with custom colors available upon request.
  • Working temperature: Continuous use at 260 °C, short-term instantaneous resistance at 1650 °C.
  • Rated voltage: 7–25 kV
  • Features: Heat-resistant, fireproof, flame-retardant, thermally insulating, splash-proof, moisture-resistant and oil-resistant.
  • Applications: Ideal for applications that are difficult to access and require frequent maintenance or inspection.
The fire sleeve is equipped with velcro.

Fire sleeve with wedge

Constructed from a high-bulk glass fiber to form a hollow sleeve, it is ideal for protecting shorter or straighter pipelines, such as cables and wiring harnesses in power generation units. Once installed, it provides a secure, semi-permanent fit.

  • Inner diameter: 6–150 mm
  • Colour: Typically in iron oxide red and black, with custom colors available upon request.
  • Working temperature: -65 °F to +500 °F (-54 °C to +260 °C) for continuous exposure, up to 2000 °F (1093 °C) for 15–20 minutes and up to 3000 °F (1650 °C) for 15–30 seconds.
  • Rated voltage: 7–25 kV
  • Features: Heat-resistant, fireproof, flame-retardant, thermally insulating, splash-proof, moisture-resistant and electrically insulating.
  • Applications: Designed for protecting hoses and cables in fire-prone and extreme environments.

Fire sleeve with nylon textile

It is a protective sleeve made of nylon fabric, designed to protect wires, cables, and hoses from abrasion.

  • Diameter: 12–127 mm
  • Breaking strength: ≥ 220±10 °C
  • Thickness: Customized upon request.
  • Character: Wear-resistant, explosion-proof, noise reduction, moisture absorption and dust prevention, strong tensile resistance and so on.
  • Applications: Ideal for medium- and low-temperature applications as well as harsh industrial environments.
